Use Super Easy Notes from your AI assistant

Connect Claude, or any assistant that supports MCP, and manage your notebooks by just asking: write notes, update checklists, add deadlines and upload photos and files.

Server URL

https://www.supereasynotes.com/api/mcp

Claude Code

Run this in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http --scope user supereasynotes https://www.supereasynotes.com/api/mcp

Then start a new Claude Code session. Type /mcp to check that supereasynotes is connected.

Claude Desktop and claude.ai

  1. Open Settings → Connectors.
  2. Click Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Super Easy Notes and paste the server URL above.
  4. Click Add, then enable the connector in a new chat.

Other MCP clients

Most clients (such as Cursor) accept a remote server in their MCP config file:

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "supereasynotes": {
      "url": "https://www.supereasynotes.com/api/mcp"
    }
  }
}

The server uses the Streamable HTTP transport and needs no API key.

Password-protected notebooks

Notebooks without a password work straight away: just tell your assistant the notebook's name (the part after the / in its web address). For a password-protected notebook, the assistant will ask for the password once and log in for the rest of the conversation. Only share a password with an assistant you trust.

What it can do

Notebooks
Create notebooks, get an overview, rename, set a password, delete.
Notes & folders
Create, read, edit (in Markdown), rename, move, search and delete notes and folders.
Checklist, deadlines & sticky notes
Add, tick off, edit and remove checklist items, deadlines and sticky notes.
Photos & files
Upload images and files, view them, insert images into notes, delete.

Things to try

  • “Create a notebook called holiday-plans with a packing checklist.”
  • “Summarise all the notes in my-notebook.”
  • “Add “book dentist” as a deadline for next Friday at 9am in my-notebook.”
  • “Move every note about recipes in my-notebook into a Recipes folder.”
